Forged Scraper Chain

The forged scraper chain is comprised of the scraper-integrated link plates, or the forging scraper chain mixture of scraper-integrated link plates and dragging chain plates. All its link plates are forged. The alloy steel pins undergo integral heat treatment or high frequency induction heating system to improve surface hardness. In order to provide the forged chain with higher wearing resistance, all of the alloy steel hyperlink plates are heat treated or surface carburized.
